I redesigned the checkout and table reservation flow for Little Lemon, a Mediterranean restaurant, to address usability issues that were causing friction for users trying to reserve a table online. The original experience lacked a clear, mobile-friendly reservation option, which led to user confusion and drop-offs.

My Role:

• Identified pain points through user research and created a persona to represent the target audience

• Mapped the user journey to uncover key frustrations and opportunities for a smoother experience

• Developed a high-fidelity interactive prototype in Figma, fully responsive for mobile devices

• Applied brand visuals, accessible form fields, clear CTAs, and micro-interactions to guide users smoothly through the booking experience
